Changing Account Credentials

You can easily change the email address and/or password associated with your Attendify account. Follow the simple steps described below to:

Change the Name/Email Address:

  • click Settings to access the account info

  • edit your profile under Information section and click on Update Information button to save the changes

Change the Password:

  • open Settings > Password section on your dashboard

  • enter the current password, new password, repeat new password in the corresponding fields

  • click on the Change Password button to save the changes

If you don't remember your current password you can follow instructions in this article to reset it.

The email address you'd like to update your account with shouldn't be linked to any other Attendify account. This means, that if you're the account owner and would like to change the email to the one that's being used by a collaborator's account - you won't be allowed to do so. In that case, a collaborator would need to change the account email to any other one, so that his current email can be used for the change.
